Good morning readers and legacy members. Those who keep reading what we write support us in our journey to be journalists, writers and content creators. Those who recognise that journalism is changing embrace the changes. This is for those who push us to embrace these new dynamics in the industry and find our niches.

Today marks the beginning of our editions. We are excited to hear your views, critics and general feedback. We welcome anyone looking for a family of like-minded people to join our club and be part of something that pushes them out of their comfort zone every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. These are the days we hold our editorials for wall publications, and on Wednesday, we take stock via meetings.

We are not without flaws; we take the Legacy media as a chance to learn and seek perfection. We welcome all new members, and we will grow and support each other.

Our finalists leave us in a short while. I thought that I would have gotten used to saying goodbye by the third year. But it never gets any easier. Much gratitude to our outgoing chairperson, Brenda Omondi (mimiBree). You are a true leader in your capacity and an inspiration to everyone on the campus. Between us, girls, fly as high as you'd wing can take you. I will not mention you by name, but your roles will always be significant.

To the team that we remain together, I hope we journey together and, in the end, make a legacy. This stopped being an editorial long ago and became a speech.
