KENYA'S LEADERSHIP: Corruption, Hypocrisy & Power

By M. Otuoro
MORE BY M. OTUORO

My motherland country,
Where I was granted free entry,
To be in but not for eternity,
And to share my mentality,
Without being given a penalty,
By those in automatic authority,
As they express their prosperity,
Over those in perplexed poverty.

A country owned by politicians,
And we as the citizens,
Are included in the future imaginations,
Of the majestic plans,R
Full of hypocrisy and fictions,
Since we have no relations,
The country is for all its dwellers,
But its properties for the leadership champions.

This country full of corruption,
Which improve from generation to generation,
Every effort to stop it leading to mental colonization,
Of anti corruption crusade organization,
To corruption as a profession,
Which all are willing to qualify in its occupation,
As they make new and forget the old reduction,
Not ready to receive corrupt redemption.

A country blinded by hypocrisy,
With no sincere leadership policy,
But rather governed by unprecedented emergency,
With no proper tendency,
Concerning the citizens desires,
Whom are volitional to be martyrs,
To the untrusted leadership promises,
Propelled to be created by political affiliations.

My motherland country of salvation,
Where Christianity reflects high concentration,
Condemning sins like corruption,
As leaders take much precaution,
Eager to put them in motion,
But this need a sacrificial devotion,
Mmm.... Subjects must help with this invention,
But its so sad!! None has the perfection.
